Our story

Zobbin started in 2024 with a simple idea: build tiny apps that do one thing really well, without asking for more information than the app actually needs. We were tired of bloated apps that demand logins just to set a reminder or write a diary entry.

So we built five apps — each one solving a small, real problem. FastWa for sharing without saving numbers. The Day Jar for private journaling. DateNoted for remembering what matters. GossipKeeda for quick news bites. And TailorKeep for tailors who need a simple digital order book.

Our principles

• Privacy first. If we don't need your data, we don't take it. Simple.
• Offline by default. Your apps should work on a train, in a village, anywhere.
• No dark patterns. No hidden charges, no forced sign-ups, no tricks.
• Built for India. Priced for Indian users, designed for Indian realities.
• Small is beautiful. Tiny apps, fast loading, low storage, zero bloat.

Who we are

Zobbin is a small independent studio founded by Sameer Shaikh. We're a small independent studio. We build practical tools, keep them focused, and improve them as we learn from the people who use them.

Response time

We're a tiny team, so please be patient. We usually reply within 24–48 hours on weekdays. For urgent issues, put "URGENT" in the subject line and we'll prioritize you.

Before you write

If you're reporting a bug, please include:

• Which app you're using (FastWa, DateNoted, etc.)
• Your phone model and OS version
• What you expected vs. what happened
• A screenshot if possible

This helps us fix things faster — and makes you our favourite kind of user.

No phone support

We don't offer phone support. Email is the only way to reach us, and honestly, it's better — everything stays in writing, and we can reference it later.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using any Zobbin application or website (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Service

Zobbin provides a suite of utility applications including FastWa, The Day Jar, DateNoted, GossipKeeda, and TailorKeep. These apps are provided "as is" for personal and small business use. Features may change, be added, or be removed at our discretion.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our apps or servers.
• Not use the Services to send spam, harassment, or illegal content.
• Keep your account credentials (where applicable) secure.
• Back up your data regularly, as we are not responsible for data loss.

4. Accounts

Some apps require a free account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In general, most data is stored on your device, not on our servers. FastWa temporarily stores files for up to 24 hours and then deletes them.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and design of the Services are owned by Zobbin and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zobbin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to data loss, missed reminders, or service interruptions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services for users who violate these Terms.

Our Core Promise

Zobbin is built on a simple principle: we don't want your data. Most of our apps store everything on your device. When we do handle data, we delete it as soon as possible.

What We Collect

FastWa

FastWa temporarily stores the files you send (images, documents) for up to 24 hours. After that, they are automatically deleted. We do not keep logs, backups, or copies. We do not link files to your identity.

The Day Jar

The Day Jar stores all your diary entries locally on your device. We have no access to your entries. We do not sync, upload, or back up your data to our servers.

DateNoted

DateNoted stores your important dates on your device. If you create an account, we store only your account credentials (email/mobile) and nothing else. Your dates and reminders stay on your phone.

GossipKeeda

GossipKeeda fetches news from public sources. We do not collect personal data. Basic anonymous usage statistics may be collected to improve content — but nothing that identifies you.

TailorKeep

TailorKeep stores your customer data and measurements on your device. Your account (mobile number) is used only for login. We do not store your customer list or measurements on our servers.

What We Don't Do

• We don't sell your data. Ever.
• We don't show ads or share data with advertisers.
• We don't track your location.
• We don't build user profiles.
• We don't share your data with third parties for marketing.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Delete your account at any time.
• Export your data (where the app supports it).
• Contact us with privacy concerns at privacy@zobbin.com.

Children's Privacy

Our Services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.

We Declare That:

• Zobbin apps are built with honesty and respect for users.
• We do not collect personal information without clear consent.
• Any temporary data (such as FastWa files) is deleted within 24 hours.

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for profit.
• All pricing (where applicable) will be transparent and clearly communicated.

When you use a Zobbin app, you can trust that we're not secretly collecting your data, selling it, or using it against you. Our business model is simple: build good tools, earn trust, and grow through word of mouth.
